In April 2025, we toured the community with Priscilla and fell in love it (and her!). We returned a few days later to sign the lease, and walked through the unit with Priscilla after signing to note any small maintenance things that needed to be taken care of before move-in.

“Pros & Cons. Office staff are friendly, efficient & I enjoy the events provided for tenants. Maintenance requests are prompt. The pool is nice but some people play loud music & bring their dogs. It’s quite muddy infront of my building, & along the walkway to my door after a rain, but it’s generally a nice place to live while we prepare to buy a house.”

“Absolutely happy with this place. The office ladies are the best. They each go out of there way to help you out. This is our second year staying in this complex and we can’t be more happy. The community place is always clean and the pool is always open in the summer, on top of that very clean. Even after the storm rain they tend to clean it up within a day or so. Honestly pretty quite and very safe. Both times we had babies and dogs living by us and I didn’t even know until we ran into each other. “I’m very happy living here. This complex has been one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. The landscaping is kept nice. Very few dog droppings and trash because they walk the grounds and clean up. All 3 ladies in the office are very kind and honest. They communicate well and give updates through text and email when needed. I’ve never had someone from the office call me a few days after moving in just to check if things were going well and if I needed anything. There have been some community events like painting and free breakfast burritos. I never see any bugs in my apartment. Pool is nice. Workout room has quality equipment. Mostly quiet place with plenty of parking.”
